Product structure optimization

At present, the main products of the company are compressor motor and washing machine motor, the double pressure of price reduction and product quality improvement year by

year makes the enterprise difficult, and the products in the industry gradually develop to frequency conversion, and the frequency conversion series of motors are homemade, the sales ceiling and tend to zero profit products, the development prospects are not optimistic. As the development plan of the washing machine motor business, it is also a low-end manufacturing route, and it is also at the low end of the industrial value chain, which cannot be enough for long-term development, and it needs to develop to the high-end in the future.In order to have a broader future of the enterprise, the richness of the product structure is essential. The following work will be done next.

1. Information collection

(1) Participate in various industrial fairs and motor exhibitions. Understand the current development market of all walks of life, especially the dynamic information of the motor industry.

At present, the downstream application market of motors is extremely extensive, with a space of hundreds of billions of dollars. As an essential basic electromechanical part, the motor is widely used in household appliances, automobiles, information processors, audio-visual equipment, industrial automation and other fields. Taking the family scene as an example, the average household ownership of micro motors in developed countries is 80-130 units, while the average household ownership in big cities in China is about 20-40 units. Automobile is the most important motor segment market, a commercial vehicle uses more than 40 electric motors, from the downstream segment of the market, automobiles account for the highest proportion, accounting for 40.5%, followed by industrial machinery, HVAC equipment (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), air conditioning, transportation, home appliances, etc. As an industry prospect forecast, the automotive and industrial machinery sectors are worth exploring.

(2) Docking with local motor demand enterprises through government recommendation and self-recommendation.

(5) Multi-channel understanding of the domestic excellent motor industry information, and can get in touch with the main personnel of excellent enterprises. At present, there are three types of excellent companies emerging in the motor industry: ① focusing on the downstream industries with large sales of single products, such as automotive motors, air conditioning motors, washing machine motors, etc., the company's products have cost-effective advantages, and domestic listed companies such as Ocean Motor, Jiangsu Leili, Microlight shares, Fangzheng Motor, Xiangmingsheng and so on; ② Motor platform company, motor SKU + fast customization ability, products with price advantages, rapid response to customer needs, domestic and foreign listed companies such as Switzerland Maxon, Mingzhi electrical appliances, Zhaowei Electromechanical, etc.; (3) Motor products produce synergies with other products, and empower downstream products as a core competitiveness, such as Yaskawa Motor, Huichuan Technology, Jinlong Electromechanical, etc.

2. Market research
